Protecting your data when you visit our website is very important to us. Below, we inform you about which data is collected during your visit and how it is used. Additionally, you will receive information on what rights you have regarding the use of your data.

2. What are personal data?
Personal data are details that can be assigned to your person. These include, for example, details such as name, address, email address, and telephone number.

3. Data collection when visiting our website
(1) When using the website purely for informational purposes, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The aforementioned data are stored for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g., to clarify misuse or fraud actions) and then deleted.
For the purpose of secure and efficient provision of our website, we use the services of a web hosting provider from whose server the website can be accessed. For this purpose, certain data, especially the aforementioned data, is received by our hosting provider. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you use, and through which the entity that sets the cookie (in this case, us) receives certain information. a) This website uses the following types of cookies, whose scope and functionality are explained below:

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies in particular. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the shared session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. 4. Data collection when using the contact form or contacting us via email
(1) When you contact us using the contact form provided on our website or via email, the data you provide (usually at least your name and email address) is stored by us to answer your questions. If you intend to conclude a contract through your message, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. Otherwise, the legal basis for processing the data you provide is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
(2) The data arising in this context will be deleted after storage is no longer necessary, or processing will be restricted if there are legal retention obligations.

5. Integration of Google Maps
(1) We use Google Maps on this website, a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.
(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. Additionally, the data mentioned in point 3 of this policy is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this association with your profile at Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or the design of its website to meet needs. 6. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data concerning us:

  • Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to complain, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
  • Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;
  • Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to free expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • Pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of processing your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful, but you reject its deletion, and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
  • Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller;
  • Pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent at any time with us. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future and
  • Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to complain to a supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

 

7. Objection or Withdrawal Against the Processing of Your Data
